Can anyone suggest what I should do if I find one of my boxes is missing a piece?

My wife and I opened her Khaliman Archer boxed-set, and unfortunately, one of the three bodies is missing.

It's the archer on the left, on the front of the box. We have a tail and a bow for her, but no body. :(

What can I do to get a replacement?

Thanks for any help,
-Tim

I also was missing a piece in my Khaliman starter - the oracle came with two arms with the dagger but didn't come with the arm with the staff.

That is where I originally emailed actually, but I have not heard anything back and it has been over a week. Will I receive a email letting me know that the piece is coming or should I just wait for the piece in the mail?

Originally we planned to send these parts from France. That has changed. Please PM me your missing piece and your address and I will get them out to you guys this week.

Thanks,
Doug

I recently had the same issue...missing the sword arm for the Avalon Recruit in the starter and my Triad Guard came with two of the same sheath/scabbard (I am missing the one for the guy with the bandana).

Email to the address above, and I'm sure they'll sort it out for you. :)

You already have as much Chonkey as possible.
