At Origins this year... Flying Buffalo ran an exciting contest using a commemorative poker deck. This limited edition deck featured four of the ancient “kings” of gaming history: Gygax, Arneson, Dunnigan, Simonsen (along with 50 ads from different game companies and conventions)!
At Gen Con this year… You can collect free cards from this deck at the twelve booths listed below. If you are lucky enough to collect a straight flush (five cards in a row, all the same suit) bring it on over to Flying Buffalo (Booth 1010), and enter the prize drawing! Winning names are drawn on Sunday at noon! If you are present you get your choice of a prize from the prize table. If you are not present, they will pick one and mail it to you!
To get your free card, just drop by the booths listed below, listen to a short sales spiel, get a quick demo or answer a trivia question! You’ll then get one card dealt at random; only cards with RED backs are part of the contest! Note: Jokers are “wild” and the King of Coins is a king of whatever suit you want!
