Chessex has a few mini cases, but they are more sized for skirmish sized games. I have another case that was made by a company called black tower (or was it black castle) anyway it does not matter because they are no longer in production. If you want to save some cash go to some place like Bass Pro Shop and get a gun case. For about the same price as the GW case you can get a nice metal gun case.

There's these as well:
Crystal Caste BattleHive Reaper Miniature Transport Case SS Designs APC Case
Probably a lot more but both the SS Designs and Reaper look like blatant copies of the Sabol stuff. I pretty much stick with Sabol at this point.

I bought an Intersponge case, and liked it. Kind of $$, but you get to customize the size of the foam you want.

I've picked up some cases from Gander Mountain (an outdoor store) I have their store brand as well as the Plano tray. roughly 12" x 8" and 40mm deep divided lengthwise into 4 x 40mm sections; included are several dividers, which aid in keeping elements apart. I find these most useful for DBA, I imagine they would be useful for other games as well. They are a little bit hazy, but otherwise clear, a steal at about $6.00 a pop!
