Yep....C3 tournament for me. I was hoping to do the CAoR event but it conflicts w/ the C3 event. FFG - douchebags wouldn't consider coordinating despite a request from myself. Oh well. I also signed up for the Infinity bring and battle. I was hoping to get AT 43 tournament in but it conflicts w/ the Infinity tournament which I'm helping to run.

I signed up for some stuff, so far saturday and sunday are a little light for me, but I plan on adding more later. I am doing a Hex Hex tourney and a few games of Gloom on Thursday. Infinity tournament for Friday, and A late in the day painting class, I think it is the same French guy from Alkemy, on Saturday.

I'm signing up for the Infinity bring and Battles on Thursday, the Nationals on Friday, Saturday I am loaded up with 3 Dark Age events, the 500 point all comers, the painted 750, and the night with the developers. And then I decided to sign up for the Allan C. Perfect Blending, Glazes and Washes class on Sunday.
Sadly the C3 event coincides with the Dark Age tourney as do Infinity Nationals on Friday and I need to be in one of them, so C3 loses out. I figure I'll be able to get in a pick up game or two. Sadly, all the Wargods events coincide with other stuff too. A lot of conflicts for me.
I'd love to do Pulp City as well, but I figure I'll pick up a box set there and have a demo off to the side.
Now I just have to get Doc some money to cover this for me and be his personal slave at Gencon. :)

I was looking to see if they had a demo of the game, but the only thing I found was events for people that had a much more solid background in the game then me.

Actually they have a set of demos planned for I believe Thursday, Friada and then Saturday. The first is introductor, then there is the continuation which gives a bit more on Friday and then the big battle Saturday. NMN00147 Pulp City: The Gathering 8/14/08 3:00 PM 8/14/08 5:00 PM Quote:Heroes and Villains of Pulp City gather to prove who is better. This basic demonstration shows how a Pulp City game plays out. Heroes and Villains clash for supremacy. Featuring Pulp City starter sets. NMN00148 Pulp City: The Battle for Pulp City 8/15/08 3:00 PM 8/15/08 5:00 PM Quote:After learning the basics, it is the time to see how Agendas play out. Pulp City is an Agenda driven game. Save the Citizens, destroy the Nexus of Evil, rob the bank with Villains, use all of your super powers! NMN00149 Pulp City: The Gates of Necroplane 8/16/08 3:00 PM 8/16/08 5:00 PM Quote: Pulp City is threatened: somebody tries to open the gates to Necroplane. Will the Heroes be able to stop the Villains? What about the hired guns? Will they choose the money over Pulp City?

the only one that does not conflict with my other events is Saturday, I may just have to get the game and play in that Tournament.

I got the Infinity Tourney on Friday, a Monsterpocalypse demo and Pulp City Demo on Thursday, and a bunch of card games on Sat. Still have a lot of free time but I'm trying to pick things both the wife and I will like in addition to things I want to do myself (like the Infinity tourney).

So far I am in the Infinity Bring and Battle, a Dark Age Carrier Mines On Friday, and the Dark Age X'Treme on Saturday. I may do some Dawn Patrol, and if I think I am going to keep playing the game I will do the AT-43 tourney.

I will add some more card/board games in for sure. Just haven't had time to sift through them all yet. Originally, I had also planned to do the AT-43 event but if I'm going to play a game by a company I'm not fond of, I'm going to play one that others I know are playing locally so it looks like it's back to GW for some demony goodness (evilness?).
