So I've updated what I will be bringing along now that I have a new Army Transport Battalion.
Helldorado Saracens
Infinity PanOceania and Combined Army
Dark Age Brood and Forsaken
That leaves me room in the bag for another tray or two, but I still need to fit in my Alkemy figs and another Helldorado army, so I may be leaving the Confrontation 3rd edition army at home. Definately won't be able to fit a C:AoR army unless I also bring my regular Army Transport bag, and that's not going to happen. I could leave a Dark Age army at home, which is a possibility as I will be playing only the Forsaken in the tournament.
All my tools & paints will likely remain at home, though I will be bringing my brushes.

Infinity YuJing and Nomads HellDorado Demons C3 midnor And maybe dark age if I can fit them. Far too much, so I will only be bringing enough yujingfor a demo force, and my nomads for the tournament, as well as just a c3 army of my mid nor. If I really become hard pressed for space, the demons may stay at home

I am bringing mEdwards and Brasidas.... not much of an army though!
Tentatively bringing:
Alkemy: starter for each faction (will be working their booth so dont have to have them i guess)
Warmachine: Cryx
Hordes: Legion and maybe circle
Helldorado: Lost
Conf: not likely though i may throw snakes in just in case...
should be about it for me. fortunately i have a small, medium, and gencon size army transports!
I could be talked into Wed night in Indy. If kraken has a room for us by then, otherwise i can sleep on a balcony that night!

I will be bringing
Infinity, Ariadna and Ca
Helldorado, Sarrasins
If I bring C3, maybe midnor or Drunes.
Card/board games: Great Dalmuti, Cash n Guns, Gloom, Tsuro, Sitting Ducks, and Betrayal at the house.
Beyond that I am not sure.

Since I live about 30 minutes away from the convention center and will be going home to my lovely wife every night, I'll be able to bring whatever I need each day. Jealous, ain'tcha?  Todd

Not to steal Totengraber's thunder but I live 10 minutes away so I can do the same only faster  Although I only plan to bring the minis case out one day of the Con but I could be persuaded to bring it along if I can get a game in. I currently have playable: Hordes/Warmachine, Warlord, Confrontation 3 and Infinity
