I can almost tell you the name of the artist that did this one. I can think of other work he has done, just cannot think of his name. It is going to bug me till I figure it out.

found the artist name, Jose "emroca" Floras. If you go to Emroca.com you can look at other work he has done. It is not the exact same artist I was thinking of, but done in the same style.
