I'm looking all over for English Starters. Where do I find them? From what I understand, they were at Gencon, right? Do I even need an English Starter? I can use beads for tokens, I own a ruler, and most paper stuff is a free download from the internet. I guess that if I pay for a starter, I'd like to be able to use everything in it. Any advice? I do not think they are needed. You do need to go to the main website, some of the profiles have been errated, but I am not sure if there is much difference between the printed rulebook and what you find on the web.

I don't think you need the English starters. The .PDFs available on the Kraken website printed off in colour work just as well.

Well actually, there won't be french starters anymore in US. The stores will soon get english starters only.

I believe the Warstore has English starters. They had them at GenCon.

My Aurlok Starter has been ordered from The Warstore. I've commented on the order that I'd like the English version. Now I've gotta clear up a spot in my 'Mountain Of Lead' pile, so I can work on some Alchemy plastic! StudioPasseno | Miniature Gallery

though you don't exactly need most things in the starter, you will need the dice. they are not your normal 6 sided dice, they are a type of d3 dice system which includes damage symbols along with the numbers on the dice.

You don't even technically need the dice. Check out the reference sheet I created. It contains a crosswalk of the numbers and symbols on the three different dice to a regular d6.

No, you don't have to have the dice, but they are handy. I've gotten two starter sets and now have a full compliment of dice (no re-rolling a die for me!).

I got my Starter in today. Quick Question: Tough/1. Does this mean that any incoming damage is reduced by 1? In the rules, it says the damage is reduced by (x) with a minimum of 1. StudioPasseno | Miniature Gallery

Yes. So if 3 damage is dealt, only 2 is marked card. However, if 1 damage is dealt, 1 is still marked on the card.
