Thank you soooo much for postin' that. I saw it earlier today in a really low quality version. I gotta say the music fit the trailer perfectly. Though I have to admit I wish they hadn't shown the palace at the end of the trailer, it would have been an awesome reveal on the big screen. If you like superheroes and have a sense of humor you have to check out Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. I laughed so hard at one point durin' episode 2 I had to stop it cause I couldn't pay attention. Between the Watchmen trailer and Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, today has been one of those days that reminds you how great it is to be able to surf the tubes of the interwebs, I mean they're not like trucks ya know.

Damn...it's going to be an awesome year for movies! Good times good times! I'm digging the "alternate" style of filming for these movies. Good stuff!

Actually I was trying to watch it last night and they were all down. Hopefully it'll still be going this evening, because my firewall at the office blocks all video content.
Holy crap, I just checked at work and it's not blocked. Sadly I have to wait until lunch to watch it.

Re: Watchmen
I worked on it for a few weeks, and everything I saw was awesome, very faithful to the original work, though I was only there for about 1/6th of principal photography. The Super Special Edition DVD will be amazing if the rumours are true.
Re: Dr. Horrible
It's available for $2 an episode on iTunes :D

Is it true that they're including the "Tales of the Black Freighter" on the DVD set? I had heard that it was being filmed, specifically for that, but hadn't gotten conformation.

The trailer looked great - and EW had an article on it. (they said "Tales of the Black Freighter" would be a separate DVD). I'm really looking forward to this.

Here's an interesting link that compares the trailer to panels from the Watchmen book.

The Black Freighter and Under the Hood will be included as extras for the dvd. I hear that there will be an "extended version" that puts them in the movie where appropriate.

Saw the trailer last night on an IMAX screen when I went to see Dark Knight... I'm sold! Never read the Watchmen, but have had it highly recommended to me.
