So last night I pulled my quad at slo-pitch. One of my co-workers is a photographer and he took a lot of photos. He even maneged to catch the moment I injurd myself. I pulled my left quad and the photo shows right after I pulled, and you can see the pain. And I fel like sharing.

You should probably change the story from getting hurt playing slow-pitch softball to wrestling a bear or something. Also, going forward, you shouldn't wear batting gloves in slow-pitch either unless a) its really frakkin cold or b) you were holding a cold beer and you dropped it due to the injury.  Now have a beer and get ready for the game next week.

Bears?  In Canada we wrestle wolverines. And I wear the gloves mostly for the old hand injury when I severed the tendons. The bat vibrates and the hand doesn't feel good. It also gives me a better grip than I have with that hand. I am definately not Joe Sports.

wolverines are sweet too! I'm sure when they get mean, it's bad news! I don't really have any room to talk. Taekwondo has been kicking my ass for the past few weeks. Enough with the nun chucks to the head!  Between painting the Tau and the damage to the brain from Martial Arts, I am going to fall even more into insanity!

I was actually surprised by that. One of my project engineers just commented the same thing after seeing my Avatar. Sadly I have a little more forehead than Clint at this point in my life.

Photoshop a pair of pistols into those hands. Even if it's an uber-crappy photoshop job it'll look hilarious and awesome at the same time.
