I know you're planning on being at GenCon but according to the GenCon event list (4/15 update), there are only two WEGS games being put on by Table Top Gamers (rather than GameWick). Did some events not get into the pre-reg book or are there other plans for (official) WEGS at GenCon?

The WEGs games being "put on" by TTG will be ran by Official Weg's dudes! Captain Weg's himself and his bang of real life minions will actually be running the events. They were placed under the TTG Banner due to our shear awesomeness...or something like that.

Sad, sad, true! Only three "official" games at GenCon this year. Two under the mighty, mighty TTG banner and one freebie on Weds night (i don't know if that's open for pre-reg). The booth keeps us pretty busy at GenCon, so we're focusing our efforts there. We probably will be holding a special private event at the Canterbury on Fri. or Sat. night, though. I'll give more details once we get closer.

Good to know about the free Wednesday night game. It doesn't show up on a search for WEGS or wickgame in the events spreadsheet nor when searching for WEGS on the event registration site.
I'll plan to attend Wednesday even if I can't get an official ticket. I'm surprised that there are still 6 tickets left for Keep and 4 for Dwarf at this point.

I'm imagining pre-reg seats will fluctuate a bit between now and the con. Last year we only had a few seats remaining when reg closed, most were sold out pre-con. Dwarf Walks is usually a sell out, just give it some time. Maybe next year we'll get some more games on the sched (i just gotta muster up some new Kreators to run the games while we run the booth). It's a tough balancing act, because I love running events. Had a brief blog entry on it a couple weeks ago: GC EventsIf you go to the most recent blog entry, I'm starting to do retrospective posts on last week's journey to the GTS in Vegas, too. They added the Wednesday night game to the event catalog. It is listed as free but is not open for registration. It says 7 tickets left but also underneath says "Anyone with an applicable badge can attend the event but registration is not required". Seems odd. Oh well, I plan on showing up. :)

I had a full table last year for the free game, but as I recall there was pre-reg for it (there were zero seats avail prior to start of con). I even recall folks handing in tix. Maybe they changed policy on that? It'll be a good way to get the con started!

Just FYI - it is now possible to register for the free Wednesday game. I happened to be poking around the GenCon site events when I noticed so I'm now registered.

Hey gang...I might be running some "pick up" WEGs games in the TTG area after hours....nothing offical or anything, but if I am bored or there is enough interest, I might run and let Willy be a PC. Time to Return the Favor!edit...these are not "pimp up games"

Either is fine; if we end up with a typical minis table set-up (square) that will give players more space for their Ark Kards and spoints, etc.
